Robbins Firm Secures Order Finding Defendants Liable For Conversion of Cosmetic Lasers

The Robbins Firm represented a medical practice, which sued a doctor and his medical practice for improperly taking two cosmetic lasers.  The Court entered a summary judgment order (an order prior to trial) finding that Defendants are jointly and severally liable for damages on our client’s claims for conversion and unjust enrichment in the amount of $121,538.60.  Our client’s claims for attorneys’ fees and punitive damages against Defendants remain pending for trial.
