Robbins Firm Secures Dismissal of All Claims Against Client in Premises Liability Action

The Robbins Firm recently secured a dismissal of all claims against our client, a holding company with assets in the industrial products industry, in a recent premises liability action in the State Court of Coweta County. The Plaintiff had claimed severe personal injuries and alleged damages well into the six figures as a result of an alleged fall on our client’s property. Upon conclusion of the matter’s six-month discovery period, Robbins Firm attorneys filed for summary judgment arguing that the Plaintiff had not, and could not, establish control of the premises by our client. The Plaintiff, apparently unable to mount any argument against the Motion, chose to voluntarily dismiss her claims without ever filing a response.
