On September 16, 2019, attorneys Richard Robbins, Jason Alloy, and Cate Berenato won a motion for a preliminary injunction in a case involving a commercial landlord/tenant dispute.  The case involves a high-profile and heated dispute between property owners (The Robbins Firm’s clients) and their commercial tenant.  The Superior Court agreed with The Robbins Firm that the tenant had breached its commercial lease and thus had to promptly vacate the premises.  The Court’s order is a significant victory for The Robbins Firm and its clients.
