Firm Prevails on Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings

On June 26, 2019, attorneys Alexa Ross and Dan Monahan won the dismissal of a claim seeking $22 million against TAV Holdings, a leading separation technology and processing company of NON-FE metals. Plaintiffs SGM Magnetics alleged that TAV failed to repay a note issued more than a decade ago. The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia (The Honorable Michael Brown) found that TAV provided SGM multiple patent applications for filing in Europe and executed a binding release as part of that transaction. The dismissal of the $22 million claim is a significant victory for TAV and for Robbins Ross Alloy Belinfante Littlefield.
