Dismissal Obtained in Georgia Case for Out-of-State Clients
May 21, 2013

We filed a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction, alleging a lack of contacts with Georgia. The Forsyth Superior Court agreed with us, and dismissed the case.
