Jane Ashley Ravry

Jane Ashley has experience in a variety of business disputes and commercial litigation, including breach of contract actions, securities fraud, and product liability, in both state and federal courts across the country.  She has litigated claims brought under federal statutes including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the False Claims Act, the Military Lending Act, and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, to name a few, and has represented institutional clients during government investigations.  Jane Ashley has represented corporations in class actions and multi-district litigation actions, and has experience at all stages of litigation, including pre-litigation mediation, discovery, motions practice, and appeal.

Prior to joining the firm, Jane Ashley practiced at a large international law firm, focusing on business and tort litigation matters.  After law school, Jane Ashley clerked for the Honorable Halil Suleyman “Sul” Ozerden of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi (2020-2021) and for the Honorable Elizabeth L. Branch of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit (2022-2023).  Jane Ashley also interned for Justice Paul M. Newby of the Supreme Court of North Carolina.

Jane Ashley graduated with high honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2020 in the top 10 of her class, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and selected to serve on the executive board of the North Carolina Law Review as Publication Editor.   Jane Ashley was also actively involved in the Federalist Society and the Christian Legal Society during her time at UNC Law.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a minor in English, at Louisiana State University in 2016, and then worked as a Chapter Development Consultant for Delta Delta Delta’s executive office prior to starting law school.

Jane Ashley is a current board member of the Federalist Society’s Atlanta Young Lawyers Chapter.
