Fanny Chac

Fanny’s practice focuses on representing clients in a variety of business disputes.  She represents clients, as plaintiffs and defendants, in business disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, trade secret misappropriation, RICO, and other contract and employment-related disputes.  Fanny is licensed to practice in Georgia and has experience litigating in state and federal courts throughout the country.

Prior to joining the firm, Fanny practiced law at a large international law firm representing various industries in complex business disputes and employment discrimination cases in various state and federal courts.  Fanny also has experience in products liability matters and healthcare litigation.

Fanny graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law and was a member of the Law Review.  She received her undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of Georgia. 

Fanny is currently the Nominations Co-Chair of the Georgia Asian Pacific Bar Association.  She is also conversational in Vietnamese and Spanish.
