Fanny Chac

Fanny’s practice focuses on business litigation and SEC investigations.

 Fanny represents clients in a variety of business disputes and government/white collar investigations.  She represents clients, plaintiffs and defendants, in business disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets and confidential information, RICO, and tortious interference with contractual and business relations claims.  Additionally, she assists with SEC enforcement investigations in matters involving fraud, Ponzi schemes, suspected accounting fraud, and lack of board member independence. She has experience handling all stages of litigation, including drafting motions and dispositive briefs, managing discovery, preparing and defending witnesses in depositions, and developing trial strategy. Fanny has argued motions in federal and state courts, including discovery and dispositive motions.

Prior to joining the firm, Fanny practiced law at a large international law firm representing various industries in complex business disputes and employment discrimination cases in various state and federal courts. She is licensed to practice in Georgia and has experience litigating in state and federal courts throughout the country.

 In addition to her legal practice, Fanny is currently the Gala Co-Chair of the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association.  

 Fanny is conversational in Vietnamese and Spanish.
