Maggie joined the firm in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, Maggie practiced at a prominent Atlanta-based law firm. She has worked on a blend of litigation and transactional matters, assisting healthcare facilities and providers with regulatory compliance, including state and federal privacy, fraud, waste and abuse laws. Maggie also has experience providing guidance on state licensure, permits, certifications, and change of ownership requirements for health care entities and providers. Maggie also has experience with administrative litigation matters including revocation of clinical privileges and peer review hearings. She has also assisted health care providers and facilities with Georgia’s Certificate of Need compliance.
Maggie graduated with Honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law. During law school, she worked as a researcher at Jury-X, a civil trial jury research and consulting company. She was on the North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology and served as the Web Editor, and she was the Special Projects Coordinator for the Cancer Clinic on the Pro Bono Board.
Prior to law school, Maggie worked as a Registered Nurse and worked in both adult emergency and trauma departments, including at Memorial Health in Savannah and Emory St. Joseph’s, and the pediatric intensive care unit at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite.
Maggie is a member of the Junior Committee of Camp Twin Lakes.
