Robbins Firm Promotes Vincent Russo to Partner

On July 1, 2016, the Robbins Firm promoted attorney Vincent R. Russo to partner. Prior to joining the firm, Vincent was the General Counsel for the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office in the administrations of Secretaries of State Brian Kemp and Karen Handel. Vincent also served as the Assistant Commissioner of Securities, where he oversaw the regulation of the securities industry and development of Georgia’s current securities regulations, including the Invest Georgia Exemption. Vincent is a seasoned commercial litigator. In addition, as a result of the expertise he gained in his governmental service, Vincent represents clients in matters involving federal and state securities laws, corporate governance, real estate and other complex regulatory schemes, and is a leading practitioner in the field of election law. Vincent has handled election and voting rights litigation, candidate challenges, government investigations, and various campaign finance matters.
